Our CEO/Founder - Mrs. Cynthia Young: Cynthia has over fifteen years of experience working as an
executive & administrator in the healthcare industry. She began her professional career in
healthcare in 1995 developing & managing medical recruiting firms and in 2003 she formed STAT
MedCare Solutions (formerly STAT HealthCare Solutions) & began developing and managing multi-
million dollar medical practices; including radiology clinics, ambulatory surgery centers,
teleradiology practices and private practices.
In 2006, Cynthia started to see a trend in the market, as well as the type of services that were
being requested by her clients and therefore, Cynthia chose to focus on providing a core set of
services, which are offered to you today! Cynthia is an aggressive, multi-tasked entrepreneurial
leader with a hands-on approach and a proven record of accomplishment for success. Cynthia
possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, proven leadership qualities, organized
& detail oriented, and thrives under pressure. Her experience and expertise have offered her an
excellent reputation in the medical community and she has an intimate working knowledge of the
medical "business" and understands the demands & challenges doctors & administrators face with
running a medical practice. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the
University of Austin.
Our COO - Mrs. Sandi Lomnicky: Sandi joined STAT MedCare Solutions in 2005 and has over fifteen
years of experience working in a Medical Staff Services Department. Sandi has experience
leading an organization through the accreditation process for JCAHO and CMS, as well as
analyzing and formulating Medical Staff Bylaws for adherence to applicable law, state and
federal regulations, and JCAHO requirements. Sandi maintains an in-depth knowledge of
accreditation standards for AOA, CMS, JCAHO, NCQA, AAAHC, and URAC.
Sandi currently is the Chief Operations Officer for STAT MedCare and is responsible for the day-to-
day operations of STAT and Sandi also oversees the Provider Enrollment, Credentialing and
Licensing Departments to ensure efficient processes, fast response times, and high service
quality.
Sandi became a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) in 1999 and is an active
member of the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), as well as the Missouri
Association of Medical Staff Services (MoAMSS). Sandi is a Notary Public and certified Notary
Signing Agent for the State of Missouri.
Our VP of Operations - Mrs. Louanne Obrzut – Louanne joined STAT MedCare Solutions in 2007 & was
recently promoted to VP of Operations and is now an owner of STAT MedCare. Louanne has over
fifteen years of professional credentialing experience and prior to joining STAT MedCare, Louanne
worked as a Credentiaing Specialist for Kaiser Permanente. Louanne specializes in initial and
reappointment credentialing and privileging process for Medical and adjunct Medical Staff in
accordance with our Client's Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, policies, and other
regulatory agency standards.
Louanne has extensive experience in the preparation and processing of provider applications for
privileging appointments & state licensing. Louanne possesses wonderful communication skills
and has a great work ethic...which is why our client's love her so much!!
Louanne lives in Parma, Ohio with her husband of 32 years, her two dogs Zoey and Moe and her
two cats Prince and Chloe.
Our VP of Marketing & Business Development - Judy L. Booker, MBA, CPCS – Judy joined STAT Med
Care Solutions, LLC in 2011& was recently promoted to our VP of Marketing & Business
Development and is now an owner of STAT Medcare. Judy has over 15 years of experience
working as a healthcare professional; specifically in nursing, medical assisting, credentialing,
enrollment, provider relations, provider services, medical scheduling, and medical office
manager. Judy has extensive knowledge and experience in the preparation and processing of
provider enrollment applications for participation in Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and many other
third party payors.
Judy is an active member of the Georgia Association of Medical Staff Services (GAMSS) where
she serves on the board as Member At Large and became a Certified Provider Credentialing
Specialist (CPCS) in 2009. Judy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Master’s
degree Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the
University of Phoenix. Judy holds a Certificate in College Teaching from Capella University and is
currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Post-Secondary and Adult Education at Capella
University.
Judy is a member of the Order of the Eastern Stars and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Judy Booker is a
native of Milwaukee, WI and has lived in Atlanta, GA for 17 years. She is married and the mother of
four children ages, 22, 20, 16, and 5. She loves traveling, reading, shopping, and spending time
with family.

Care Solutions, LLC in 2009. Jane has over ten years of experience working in the healthcare
industry; specifically Skilled Nursing Facilities, where Jane worked as a Regional Director for a
national chain of nursing homes. Jane has extensive experience in the preparation and
processing of provider enrollment applications for participation in Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare
and many other third party payors.
Jane has strong problem solving skills and is our go-to-person for provider enrollment issues. Jane
also possesses strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with
our Client's office, their staff, providers, as well as payor enrollment, state board & hospital staff
representatives.
Medical Staff Coordinator & Payor Enrollment Specialist - Ms. Patty Govednik, CPMSM – Patty joined
STAT MedCare Solutions in 2010 and has over 17 years of professional credentialing and managed
care contracting experience. Prior to joining STAT MedCare, Patty was the Director of
Credentialing and Licensing for a national full-service teleradiology provider. In that position,
Patty oversaw the physician credentialing, managed care contracting and provider enrollment
process. Prior to that, Patty was the Credentialing Services Manager and HIPAA Privacy Official
for one of the country’s largest provider of diagnostic imaging services, overseeing the physician
credentials verification and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment departments.
Patty has extensive knowledge of JCAHO and NCQA standards, and CMS regulations. Patty has a
BS degree from the University of Utah and has been a Certified Professional Medical Services
Manager (CPMSM) since June 2008. She has been a member of the National Association of
Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) since 2005 and the California Association of Medical Staff
Services (CAMSS) since 2004. She is also a Notary Public for the State of California.
