Credentialing, Verification, Monitoring & Database Management Service Details -
Application Management - We personally prepare each application for initial appointments and reappointments. We take
care of completing the applications on the providers behalf, which streamlines the process and improves efficiency and
turnaround. Additionally, if you need admitting privileges at another facility, we will work directly with the facilities Medical
Staff Office; obtain the application and get it completed on your behalf. We submit the completed application, along with all
of your required credentials and continue to work with the MSO until your privileges have been approved by the board.
Verification Services - Our verification service obtains information from all primary sources that are important and applicable to
your staff, by-laws & accreditation body. Our Certified Medical Staff Coordinators maintain the highest of standards and
continuing education & will uphold, enforce your medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations, and policies that govern the
activities of the medical staff. Once all verifications have been received and our staff has completed the credentialing and
verification process, we submit the file(s) to the appropriate credentialing body for review & approval by the board.
Monitoring Services - Maintaining your providers credentials is essential. With our state-of-the-art credentialing software, we
can easily track & monitor each provider's credentials. We monitor and report on expiring state licenses, DEA registration,
state controlled substance certificates, board certification and professional liability insurance. We send you a detailed report,
which outlines the items that are due to expire within the next 90 days. At your request, we will renew expiring data. This is a
great service for any size of practice and especially important to physicians that hold multiple state licenses!!
